So, the representatives of the Speaker think that it’s just dandy to let the police into an MPs office for a search without a warrant.
That’s pretty bad.
But who thinks that it’s dandy for those police, on the premises without a warrant, to act in this fashion:
If they had the legal authority of a warrant behind them, then they’d have a right to work there. Even then, I fail to see how they’d have the right to chase a photographer away from the scene when they had as much right to be there.
Without a warrant, then I fail to see how chasing a photographer away was anything other than harassment. But nobody else seems to be noticing that just now.
