This ‘settling in’ malarkey is going rather well. Stuff has been tidied away, new stuff that was needed has been bought.

Including a nice set of champagne glasses. You never know when you’d need a drink of the bubbly stuff, although up until approximately a month ago I’d not drunk more than about three glasses in my life.

But since, oh, a month ago I’ve actually drunk quite a bit. So when it was discovered that a cheap set could be bought to match a fairly new gifted dinner set, it was picked up.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have any champers to break said glasses in.

Oh well. When needs must, etc…

TLF would like it to be known that she was less uncouth, and broke the new glasses in with a charming white. BORING.
