No kidding

Apparently dumping subsidised rich world overproduced food on poor nations ruins their ability to feed themselves.

Whodathunk it?

“Trade liberalisation has exposed Haitian farmers to competition from subsidised US rice and made consumers vulnerable to volatile global food prices,” said Oxfam.

By the way, did anyone tell them that “trade liberalisation” isn’t the problem? Especially if the word “subsidised” is found later in the sentence?
